Baking The Bakerlita Way has completely changed my mind and body by introducing healthier choices in my life and in my family's life. Baking healthy has not been easy but not impossible with the guidance of Andrea. She has supported me through every question and struggle in this new baking experience. Not only with her knowledge but the information from the recipes and the videos as well. Just to name a few of our favourite recipes, donuts of all kinds can’t just have one. The Baking Academy is wonderful and very easy and informative. The instructional videos are beautiful and helpful and make the recipes easy to follow. The pdf instructions are also very print worthy and beautiful to add to your recipe collection if you like having a hard copy for your records.
